Dispatch Time

Every piece is made to order. Orders are dispatched 2 weeks after purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment yours ships.

Rates

Flat-rate tracked shipping, charged once per order regardless of how many items it contains.

Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents or the brand. Inside, garments are powdered, wrapped in tissue and packed flat to avoid creasing.

Duties & Taxes

Prices are in Singapore dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Where these apply they are payable by the recipient on delivery, and they are not included in the shipping rate above. Thresholds vary by country and change from time to time — check your own customs rules if you are unsure.

Undeliverable Parcels

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or unpaid duties can be reshipped once the return has arrived, at the original shipping rate.

Before You Order

Latex has very little give in a fitted garment, so sizing matters more than it does in woven fabric. Two minutes with a tape measure against the size guide is worth the time. If you are between sizes or outside the range, ask us before ordering rather than after.

Refunds

As intimate apparel, garments are not eligible for refund once production has begun. Production begins 12 hours after purchase, so an order can be cancelled in full at any point within that window — email us and we will refund you in full.

Not Returnable

Worn garments, and care products (Vivishine, Shining Cloth) once opened, cannot be returned on hygiene grounds.
